§ Pilot audit

One site. Fixed fee. Two weeks.

A bill-anchored energy audit of one pharmaceutical site, delivered remotely. You supply the documents an energy manager already has; the engine does the five weeks of spreadsheet-rebuilding; the judgement calls happen on three short calls. You end up holding the audit and the living model it came from.

Fixed fee · one site
€7,500

Agreed before we start. No day rates, no scope creep — if the scoping call says your site isn’t a fit, we say so there.

§ What you receive
§ 01

The full board-ready audit

Eleven numbered sections plus appendices: executive brief, mass-and-energy balance, ISO 50001 energy review with the SEU register and Pareto, pinch analysis, NPV cashflow, TCFD/CSRD tables, ranked measures and a decarbonisation roadmap with MACC and M&V plan — as a print-perfect PDF.

§ 02

Anchored to your meters, honestly

The model is reconciled against your 12-month utility bills — the site-closure check is printed in the report — and calibrated against an interval meter export where one exists. A “Basis of audit” section states plainly what is metered fact and what is engineering inference.

§ 03

The working model, yours to keep

The entire plant model — equipment, topology, assumptions, anchors — as a portable .seu.json file. Re-open it next year, drop in the new bills, regenerate the audit. The deliverable is a living model, not a dead PDF.

§ 04

A data-improvement plan

A remote audit cannot clamp a meter or read flue gas — so the report prescribes exactly that, cheapest first: the Phase-0 instrumentation that lifts the audit from desktop estimate to verified baseline.

A desktop audit, stated as one: no site visit, no clamp metering, no flue-gas readings — what a visit would have measured becomes the report’s instrumentation plan, not a silent gap. Structured to EN 16247-1; see the EED mapping.

§ Why procurement says yes

Fits under signing authority

A fixed fee at PO level — not a software subscription, not a framework agreement, not a procurement cycle.

Nothing to install

The model is built in the browser. No agent, no VPN, no integration project, no change request.

No data leaves the site uncontrolled

You choose what to send — bills and nameplate data by email or your own file share. The model file comes back to you.

No IT or CSV review to trigger

Read-only decision support outside the BMS control loop and outside the GxP-validated estate.

§ How it runs
§ 01

A 30-minute scoping call

We confirm the segment, the utilities on site and the fee, and send you the data request — about eight documents, two hours of your time, starting with the last 12 months of electricity and gas bills.

§ 02

We build and reconcile the model

Your plant, modelled equipment-by-equipment and reconciled against your bills. One review call over the live schematic to correct what only someone on site would know.

§ 03

You get the audit — and the model

Inside two weeks: the PDF for the board and the regulator file, the .seu.json model for your own re-runs, and a walkthrough call with your team.

Want a read before committing anything? The instant estimate takes your bills and two minutes. Want to see the deliverable's shape? Open a sample plant and view its audit — the pilot produces that, for your site, on your numbers.

Request a pilot audit.

One email starts it. We reply within a working day with the scoping-call slots and the data request, so you can see the whole ask before committing anything.
